DEPOSITS/PURCHASES are absolutely NON-REFUNDABLE. DEPOSITS may be transferred to the next available litter/puppy if for any reason the purchaser decides not to take the puppy initially put on hold with a deposit as outlined in this agreement: Reasonable Notice: 1 to 2 Weeks prior to pick-up/shipment will be acceptable.
We believe this puppy to be of sound health and body at time of sale. The puppy is up to date with age appropriate shots and worming. The buyer has 3 DAYS from the date of purchase to have the puppy examined by a state licensed veterinarian. The puppy is guaranteed for 1 year for genetic health problems such as eye retina displacement, thyroid, heart disease, and patellas requiring surgery. Severe genetic hip dysplasia is guaranteed for 2 years. Upon verification/confirmation of a genetic health problem listed above to our state licensed veterinarian from the state licensed examining veterinarian, the seller agrees to replace the dog at the expense of the buyer. Genetic health problems must be reported to me by the state licensed examining veterinarian immediately. Additional agreement between Seller and Buyer is that should an unforeseen life threatening disease or illness be confirmed by the Buyer's licensed veterinarian and reported to the Seller's licensed veterinarian (excludes coccidia) within 3 days from buyer taking possession of puppy, the Seller will replace the puppy with another puppy of equal value from another litter when available at the new owner's expense. This guarantee expires after 3 days. Buyer's Veterinarian must sign and send written document with letterhead verifying diagnosis or cause of death with supporting tests results from an appropriate state licensed animal diagnostic laboratory. All veterinarian expenses that may occur in relationship to the puppy/dog is the sole responsibility of the new owner. We are not responsible for any veterinarian expenses that may occur for the life of the puppy/dog once the puppy/dog is sold and is received by the buyer. Size and coat color cannot be guaranteed. It can take up to three to four years sometimes for a dog's coat to come into its final color. We provide an educated estimate of size and coat color based on the dam and sire to the puppies. This is an adoption in which the Buyer recognizes that the Standard Poodle Puppy is a living creature with certain needs and agrees to assume all responsibility and proper care for the puppy here-after, including regular grooming, yearly vaccinations, worming, and parasite control. Your puppy must be micro-chipped if not already micro-chipped, as a part of our requirement for Pet or Full Registration/Breeder Rights. In accepting and signing below this Pet or Breeder Guarantee/Contract (whichever is appropriate) you agree to keep the micro-chip registration on this puppy active for two full years from date of purchase or this Guarantee/Contract will be void. By signing below you agree and make promise that the puppy/dog and/or any off-spring of the puppy/dog will not be bred, nor sold to be bred with any other breed of dog other than an AKC Registered Standard Poodle without first gaining written permission and further agreement with Seller.
The Seller provides the Buyer with the puppy's age Appropriate Shot and Worming Records, Starter Frontline Plus Application, and Licensed Veterinarian Wellness Health Check/Airline Required Health Certificate at Pick-Up Time. By signing below the Buyer and Seller are verifying that they are, in understanding and in good conscience entering into, in good faith, a binding agreement that will be honored and upheld by both parties.
